Why watch this film?
With a story following a woman on a day of deep personal changes, 'Sunday Girl' may remind one a bit of 'Cléo from 5 to 7'. The gradual revelations about the life and the sardonic character of the protagonist, brilliantly played by Dasha Nekrasova, hark back to Agnès Varda's classic. A very entertaining romantic drama with comedic touches and realistic characters, which is not very common in the genre.
