End of the Trail

Three brothers find a mysterious presence while scattering their father's ashes on a mountain.

Why watch this film?

The feature film 'End of the Trail', from first-time feature director Barry Tolli, is one of those productions with a clear address and objectives. After all, this religious drama does not spare the viewer when telling the story of three brothers who go to scatter their father's ashes on a mountain and, there, find a special presence - in the best style of 'The Shack' and the like. The story is weak, the performances are limited and there is not much to find beyond the religious message about grief, faith and belief. However, audiences who like this type of production should be satisfied and find here a solace for the mundane pains of loss. Just don't expect an inventive and creative movie. 'End of the Trail' does what is expected. And that's it.
