Tyler Taormina's feature film debut, which he directs and co-writes with Eric Berger - also a first-timer in this role - 'Ham on Rye' is a coming-of-age production with a different approach, almost an experiment on how to make a feature about it that breaks away from the norm and with unexpected events. It can be said that Taormina was inspired by David Lynch to compose his first work and he achieved a very satisfactory result, leaving the viewer eager for more films.
