Why watch this film?
A movie full of explosions, chases, guns, bombs... In other words, lots of action. Michael Keaton (‘Birdman’) is a Cold War vet who works for the government's secret operations, and is forced to train a recruit who lost his girlfriend in a terrorist attack. Unfortunately, the movie lacks style, in the screenplay and character development. Now, if you’re looking for easy entertainment in an action-packed movie, you’ve found it.

Plot summary
Black ops recruit Mitch Rapp is reeling from the death of his fiancée in a terrorist attack when he is assigned to shadowy CIA figure Stan Hurley to receive special training in tracking terrorists. Rapp and Hurley are then dispatched to join a Turkish agent on a mission to stop a mysterious operative from unleashing chaos of international proportions.

The Order
In The Order, Van Damme plays a man accused of murder who seeks a sacred scripture in Jerusalem before it falls into the wrong hands, jeopardizing his freedom. With shades of Dan Brown and a script by Jean Claude Van Damme himself, alongside Les Weldon (screenwriter of another action star film, Replicant), the movie is what every fan of the Belgian actor wants: brawling, with a fun plot, and never boring.
