Star Trek: Nemesis

Why watch this film?

The last movie starring the cast of the Next Generation of 'Star Trek' and, once again, politics takes an important role in the story. A clone of Picard (the then newcomer Tom Hardy) is created by the Romulans and eventually assassinates the entire Romulus Senate and turns into a dictator of the planet. It's an interesting premise, packaged with good action scenes, though the execution falls well short of what the franchise deserves. The Next Generation deserved a better ending.
