Why watch this film?

England and Northern Ireland have their history of conflict and disagreements. This movie takes place during one of the worst times, when soldiers occupied the streets of Belfast after a wave of protests from the local population. It is when a British army recruit finds himself alone in the city, being forced to deal with the population and the separatists. An interesting story that throws us into a little-known conflict in Brazil - and with powerful scenes, a solid script and a good performance by Jack O'Connel.
