Imagine the movie 'Her' as a comedy spoof. Add a pinch of 'Black Mirror'. The result is 'Jexi'. Starring Adam DeVine, who has been specializing in silly and outrageous types since his role in the series 'Modern Family', the film explores themes such as loneliness, technological dependence and modern relationships with a very particular sense of humor. Directors Jon Lucas and Scott Moore follow the formula that has already established them in films such as 'Perfect is the Mother' and 'Finally 18': little plot, silly development and jokes that try to please everyone. But in the end, it's a movie that will only serve those looking for quick and forgettable fun.
