Written, directed and starred by Chilean Boris Quercia ('Los 80', 'Sexo con amor'), '¿Cómo andamos por casa?' is a biting comedy that, despite starting off in a mundane reality in which many can recognize themselves, sets off a series of entanglements that mock the secrets and double standards that hide beneath the appearances of families that pretend to portray a perfect image. The movie employs simple humor to address issues that are not always easy, so at times it might provoke more uncomfortable laughter than outbursts of laughter. Nonetheless, the quartet of main actors are convincing when representing with empathy morally questionable characters, from the star daughter who is successful through lies, to the neglected and disturbed son, the kind but naive and mediocre father (Quercia) and, of course, the ambitious yet disillusioned mother (Amparo Noguera, one of the best and most recognized actresses of Chile).

Plot summary
Rocio an unsatisfied and ambitious mother, Eduardo a naive and clumsy father, Valentina a cheating and lying daughter, Federico a son who suffers bullying and is about to explode. This is the Ahumada family, they want to be happy at all costs and do not mind sacrificing others along the way. But happiness, is not always where you seek it.
