Agatha Christie was a success with her book 'And Then There Were None...', a police suspense that tells the story of a group trapped on an island and who begin to see people being murdered one by one. The killer can only be one of them. Who will it be? This genius idea took on new shapes in horror and supernatural cinema in 'Devil', a fun feature film directed by John Erick Dowdle ('Hours of Desperation') and signed by M. Night Shyamalan. Here, instead of an island, we see ordinary people trapped in an elevator. Instead of a mundane killer, a devil who kills his victims with cruel touches. Who, within that small space, is possessed? It's hard not to have fun, create some good theories and try to guess who is the person responsible for the deaths.

The plot follows a woman (Carla Hernández) who, upon waking up from a prolonged coma, is confronted by a stranger (Álex Crusa) who seems to know everything about her: everything she has written on WhatsApp and Facebook, all the videos she has sent to her contacts, all the humiliating information she has said in private. From this moment on, NUDUS seems more concerned with the mystery of its characters than with the greater background of their situation, so it becomes more about the exploitation of its female protagonist than a reflection on technology and data privacy. However, despite the plot going off the rails, the situation lends itself to exemplifying a catastrophic scenario of these breaches in privacy.
