A movie with a promising start, but that ends up getting lost in the development and not even Laurence Fishburne can save it. 'Imprisoned' tells an interesting story, but the lack of character depth ends up compromising what could have been a good film. The revenge plot and Fishburne as the villain work quite well, a merit of the production.
