A Spanish comedy about a little-discussed topic in cinema: older gay couples. 'Salir del ropero' is the feature film debut of Ángeles Reiné, who also wrote the script. Despite its predictability and clichés, Reiné managed to hit the mark with the theme by avoiding the common, especially when it's a couple of women - scenarios where certain productions tend to use more eroticism than romance itself. A fun movie that is important to normalize certain topics that are still taboo in society.
