Why watch this film?

The last movie of the 'To All the Boys I've Loved Before' trilogy wraps up Lara Jean's love story nicely. 'Always and Forever' shows how much the protagonist has matured and started to make her own decisions regardless of what her boyfriend may think - this is a good turn in the story. The production's cast continues with the same dose of charisma from Lana Condor, Noah Centineo, and Anna Cathcart, who plays Kitty, Lara Jean's younger sister. In fact, this time the movie focuses more on the characters' South Korean culture, as K-pop (Korean pop music) dominates the soundtrack. In the previous movies, there were few East Asian influences, they finally got it right. 'To All the Boys: Always and Forever' is a great ending to the story that began in 2018, but it would be interesting to know how the adaptations would have been if Susan Johnson, who directed the first movie, had stayed in charge. Who ends the trilogy is Michael Fimognari, who also directed the previous movie, 'To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You' and was director of photography of the first one, 'To All the Boys I've Loved Before'.
