After the American version, it's time for Netflix to adapt 'The Girl on the Train' into an Indian production. Best-selling author Paula Hawkins' story follows a tormented woman who becomes obsessed with a couple she sees from the window of her daily train ride. Emily Blunt's version is undoubtedly better directed, acted and vigorous--and may end up undermining some of the interest in this adaptation from India, which is much more geared towards the Eastern country's audience. Nevertheless, the strength of the story persists, with some interesting moments and an elaborate ending.
