Coming-of-age films in general bring powerful stories, with relatable perspectives and a lot of personality in its essence, and some of them, like "Skater Girl" have the ability to overflow those elements and captivate any viewer with a universal feeling: the dream of freedom, the desire for conquest and overcoming. An inspiring and emotional story, which conveys strength without seeming exaggerated or utopian. A movie for the days when you feel lost and unmotivated, and need a force to get up.

The film follows the life of Rhea, an Indian family girl going through her teenage years and discovering herself in school. She finds a passion for electronic music, blending her cultural roots with popular sounds and discovering a unique talent and passion. Very spirited and sincere, it's a modest and fun movie to make the new generation of young people buzz.

In Kidnapped (Rapito), Italian filmmaker Marco Bellocchio delves into one of the murkiest and most controversial episodes in the history of the Catholic Church, the "Mortara case". In 1851, when Jewish boy Edgardo Mortara becomes gravely ill, his Catholic nanny decides to baptize him in an emergency. However, papal law dictates that all Catholics must be raised as such, so the cardinal orders the boy to be taken and handed over to the church, against his parents' wishes, who decide to fight for him. The film recounts a controversial case that captured the attention of the rest of Europe and America, and skillfully portrays the clash of interests between the waning power of the church, Mortara's parents, and public opinion, with irreversible consequences for all involved.

'Green Border' - In the treacherous and swampy forests that make up the so called “green border” between Belarus and Poland, refugees from the Middle East and Africa trying to reach the European Union are trapped in a geopolitical crisis cynically engineered by Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko.
