Unpregnant

A Missouri teen faces a tough decision when she discovers she's pregnant and must choose between her dreams and her future.

Trailer

Why watch this film?

Road movie about coming of age with Barbie Ferreira ('Euphoria') and Haley Lu Richardson ('Five Feet Apart') about abortion, a subject that still suffers from a certain taboo in society. The production deals with this with a certain lightness and relaxation, leaving the woman in control of her decision. This comedy has an original script, free of teenage movie clichés and big problems, with a good transition between what actually deserves a comic relief. Perhaps, the approach of how serious an abortion is has been brought in a bit too light. Or, it may be a way of showing the point of view of a young woman who can be a little more direct in her choices and how they affect her future.
