"The 2nd" revolves around a Delta Force Army officer who is late to pick up his son from college, and as a result the story takes a completely crazy turn and suddenly becomes a huge chase with terrorists. This movie can be awesome if you surrender to how bad it is. When you surrender to the absurdity, it's hard to stop watching. You know that feeling of never winning the lottery but still playing? It's about that! Maybe it wasn't the best career choice for Ryan Phillips, but if you're a fan of his, there's a tip here to appreciate his work.

Produced for television, for the American channel Showtime, 'Perversity' is a suspense about a couple who is about to have a child, but whose life is tormented by the obstetrician. Taking advantage of everyday situations as a basis, the feature film then moves on to the absurd and to torrid scenes between the characters. Pure, simple entertainment.
Left for Dead
Typical thrilling suspense that mixes investigation, pursuit and family. Here in 'Left for Dead', however, the journey of the protagonist played by Chelsea Hobbs (from 'The Kings of Dogtown') gains extra elements due to the character's amnesia. With this, the atmosphere of paranoia and suspense - a kind of familiar 'Bourne Identity'. Brian Skiba's direction (from the exciting 'Dirty Little Trick') is somewhat irregular, often too stuck in a television format. However, the good rhythm of the narrative, combined with the interesting dilemmas of the protagonist, help keep 'Left for Dead' as an interesting entertainment. Good to watch with popcorn, butter and company.
