Shailene Woodley, Jamie Dornan and Sebastian Stan involved in a love triangle. This is the starting point of 'Endings, Beginnings', a dramatic romance directed by the talented Drake Doremus ('When We First Met'). Blending genres well, always straddling an interesting limit as seen in 'Crazy, Stupid, Love', the feature film tells the story of this woman who goes through a complicated period, when she tries to recover from a separation while also being involved in a love triangle with two men -- who are friends. Despite the narrative base totally focused on romance, the production is also able to move and find an audience more interested in dramatic stories. Highlight for the good performances of Woodley ('Divergent'), Dornan ('Fifty Shades of Grey') and Stan ('Captain America').

Breathe In
Movies about summer romances and passions abound in the cinema. The most emblematic case is 'Call Me By Your Name', about the passion of a young man for his father's pupil. Directed by Drake Doremus (of the excellent 'Like Crazy'), the feature film tells the story of a man's (Guy Pearce) relationship with a foreign student (Felicity Jones) who arrives in his town. Showing the destructive power of this relationship, Doremus provokes and instigates the viewer to reflect on the limits of relationships and their impacts on an already weakened family. Highlight for the performance of Jones ('Rogue One'), who gives herself with passion to the role and ends up becoming essential for the strength of the film.

The plot of How to Date Billy Walsh is set in Britain, but follows the same formula as many other similar proposals from the United States: a guy, Archie, has been friends with Amelia since childhood, but secretly loves her. However, when he finally gathers the courage to confess, she falls for Billie Walsh, a handsome and athletic exchange student. The story is predictable and, except for a Netflix Sex Education-like layer of paint, there's not much new. However, it's a good contender for a Gen Z classic.
