Brooke Shields, of classics such as 'The Blue Lagoon', returns to romantic comedies in this Christmas movie. 'A Castle for Christmas' tells the story of a writer (Shields) who travels to Scotland to escape from a scandal and ends up being enchanted by a beautiful castle. What she didn't expect was that the owner would interfere more with her life than the property. This is a pretty, pleasant production and great to start the Christmas season. The feature has direction by Mary Lambert, known for horror films such as the original version of 'Pet Sematary'.

Plot summary
The story follows a famed American author, Sophie, who travels to Scotland and finds herself wanting to buy a castle, but the prickly owner, a Scottish Duke named Myles, is reluctant to sell to a foreigner. Working to find a compromise, the pair constantly butt heads, but along the way they just may find more than they bargained for.

Pet Sematary Two
Although also directed by Mary Lambert, this 'Pet Sematary Two' sequel is not based on a Stephen King novel, unlike its predecessor. Furthermore, for obvious reasons, the characters from the first installment do not return for this second one, so aside from vague mentions of its events and the Creed family, there are few arguments to call it a legitimate sequel, besides the interest in taking advantage of the modest success of the title. This is a mediocre movie, but it was the second one made by young Edward Furlong after his debut in 'Terminator 2'. Fun, finally, for those interested in the career of the also protagonist of 'American History X' and 'Detroit Rock City'.
Pet Sematary
Let's be honest: 'Pet Sematary' is not exactly a good adaptation of Stephen King's book - and it hardly qualifies as a good horror movie. However, it is one of the author's most well-known novels and, for better or worse, the film has gained a cult status due to its weirdness and because, for thirty years, it was the only adaptation of this novel to the screen. Another point that contributed was the Ramones' song, 'Pet Sematary', specially composed for the feature - and which at the time, believe it or not, was nominated for the Golden Raspberry for Worst Original Song. Don't let the fans of Joey, Johnny, Dee Dee and Marky know about this...
