Directed by Nicholas Stoller ('Forgetting Sarah Marshall'), 'Neighbors' is a hilarious and well-dosed comedy, which knows how to balance its moments and build the timing in a very dynamic rhythm. The movie is produced and starred by Seth Rogen, which already announces the type of comedy that is to come, and alongside him has an excellent supporting cast, with Rose Byrne ('X-Men First Class') as his wife, and Zac Efron ('High School Musical'), Dave Franco ('The Other Guys') and Christopher Mintz-Plasse ('Superbad') leading the group of antagonists. The story is about a young adult couple who move to the side of a fraternity, and after unsuccessful attempts at a peaceful approach with the young people, they opt for radical actions to get them out of there. It's a niche humor that borders on pastiche, and may not please everyone, but for those who like this parodied humor of American fraternity, it's a guaranteed choice. And for those who like references, the Robert De Niro themed party scene is pure gold.

Forgetting Sarah Marshall
A funny romantic comedy starring Kristen Bell, Mila Kunis, Jason Segel and Russel Brand - who is quite funny in his role. It's 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall' is enjoyable to watch and fulfills its promise of delivering good laughs with a good story. The movie was written by Jason Segel and produced by Judd Apatow - who is the king of comedies since directing and writing 'The 40 Year Old Virgin'. We can say it's a classic of modern romantic comedies and has a great message about relationships.
Bros
There are fewer and fewer romantic comedies in theaters for various reasons - yet some still seek "innovation" to win back this audience. This is what 'Bros' proposes, a movie that, after productions such as 'Love, Simon' and 'Fire Island', brings (albeit late) an LGBTQIA+ couple as protagonists. More than that: the protagonists are openly gay, with one of them (Billy Eichner) being the co-writer. In addition to diversity, the feature film brings a funny story about the superficiality of relationships in the age of dating apps, how opposites attract and how loving is about overcoming differences and understanding the other. Although it may sound like a moral lesson at times (especially in the last third, more tiring), 'Bros' yields good laughs.

A Brighter Tomorrow
Italian filmmaker Nanni Moretti (winner of the Palme d'Or in 2001 for The Son's Room) returns with what has been called his 8½, for obvious reasons. A Brighter Tomorrow is the story of a filmmaker struggling to shoot a movie about the Hungarian Revolution, while trying to save his marriage to his producer wife. The film satirizes the current state of cinema, and perhaps indulges a bit too much in its nostalgia. It is far from the best that veteran Moretti has to offer, but if you've enjoyed his previous films, you will undoubtedly enjoy this one.
