A thrilling Disney+ production, with a surprisingly dystopian backdrop, for young adventurers. In Crater, we follow a boy (Isaiah Russell-Bailey) who has lived his whole life in a lunar mining colony, where the inhabitants work with the promise of being relocated to another planet after years of work. But when his father dies in an accident, he is chosen for relocation on a 75-year journey. To say goodbye to his friends, he decides to bring them together for his father's last task: to travel to a mysterious crater on the moon. Aided by a girl who grew up on Earth (Mckenna Grace from Ghostbusters: Beyond, in the best performance of the movie), the group embarks on a fun - and dangerous - adventure across the moon. It's a science fiction and road movie proposal with certain doses of melancholy and darkness, speaking to the young generation of Greta Thunberg who fight to imagine a better tomorrow.

The Stanford Prison Experiment
One of the most controversial experiments in psychology was called The Stanford Prison Experiment, in 1971. In it, Professor Philip Zimbardo of Stanford University divided his students into two groups. One would be formed by prisoners. The other, by police officers. From there, he analyzed the behavior of people in groups based on acts of authoritarianism and violence. The result, in addition to influencing branches of psychology, became a movie in 2015 under the direction of director Kyle Patrick Alvarez (from 'C.O.G.'). Here, the filmmaker commands an interesting cast (Ezra Miller, Tye Sheridan, Billy Crudup) to talk about the backstage and the directions of the experiment. The great merit ends up being with the filmmaker's courage to provoke the case, accused of having been manipulated by Professor Zimbardo.

Simon, Sophia Hammons, and Phil Wright, deliver strong performances that bring their characters to life. Director Alex Zamm does an excellent job of creating a visually stunning world that is both spooky and charming. The special effects are impressive, and the soundtrack adds to the overall atmosphere of the movie. "Under Wraps 2" is a must-watch for anyone looking for a fun and exciting Halloween-themed movie that the whole family can enjoy.
