Plot summary
Mabel is a girl who wants to spend her last moments before graduation traveling with her childhood friends. However, winter arrives early to disrupt her plans and she is forced to travel to a ski resort in Chile with her parents. But in this monochrome landscape, she faces her deepest feelings, finds new love and discovers her true identity.

In 'Amarração do Amor', we get a little closer to these faith differences that exist in the immensity of Brazil with a microcosm of a couple. On one side, Bebel has a family that believes in Umbanda -- with a remarkable performance by Cacau Protásio in this segment. On the other, Lucas sees his family trying to strengthen the Jewish belief with an spectacular performance by Ary França. From there, with that typical Brazilian comedy atmosphere, we see these families trying to direct the belief, celebrations and faith of this young couple, as if it were a rereading of 'Romeo and Juliet's Wedding'.

The story is predictable and, except for a Netflix Sex Education-like layer of paint, there's not much new. However, it's a good contender for a Gen Z classic.
