Why watch this film?
There's a select group of film genres that have worked wonders for Netflix, and one of them is the romantic comedy: no matter the nationality, every few weeks one premieres in the platform's catalog. Adapted from Katherine Center's homonymous novel and directed by Vicky Wight (of A New Eternity, also based on a Center novel), Happiness for Beginners tells a story that seems to be halfway between Eat Pray Love with Julia Roberts and Wild with Reese Witherspoon. The plot follows a recently divorced woman (Ellie Kemper of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt) who, to start anew, decides to embark on a demanding survival trip. Predictably, new personal discoveries and romantic sparks arise. Nothing that reinvents the wheel of romantic films, but in this case, as they say, the journey is more interesting than the destination.

Plot summary
A year after getting divorced, Helen Carpenter, thirty-two, lets her annoying, ten years younger brother talk her into signing up for a wilderness survival course. It's supposed to be a chance for her to pull herself together again, but when she discovers that her brother's even-more-annoying best friend is also coming on the trip, she can't imagine how it will be anything other than a disaster.

The movie is based on the same-titled book by American writer Katherine Center. The story revolves around a woman who has just lost her husband and moves to a farm, where she meets a new love. The premise seems silly and common, however, 'The Lost Husband' is a very beautiful and interesting feature film. It's not just another cliché romance made to pass the time, it's a production that will make you forget about social isolation in 2020 and give some hope, as it talks about the good side of life. In the main roles we have Leslie Bibb and Josh Duhamel, both of them were quite popular in Hollywood, she for starring series like 'Popular' and 'The Big Easy', and him for action films like 'Transformers'.

A Brighter Tomorrow
Italian filmmaker Nanni Moretti (winner of the Palme d'Or in 2001 for The Son's Room) returns with what has been called his 8½, for obvious reasons. A Brighter Tomorrow is the story of a filmmaker struggling to shoot a movie about the Hungarian Revolution, while trying to save his marriage to his producer wife. The film satirizes the current state of cinema, and perhaps indulges a bit too much in its nostalgia. It is far from the best that veteran Moretti has to offer, but if you've enjoyed his previous films, you will undoubtedly enjoy this one.

Club Zero
Club Zero is a film with a risky proposition: to understand how young people, especially those of Generation Z, dive headfirst into new trends to feel like they belong to something. But at what cost? That's what this complicated film by Jessica Hausner (Little Joe) seeks to understand. Complicated, not because it has any complexity, but because it tackles a thorny issue (this particular behavior) and further complicates it by addressing eating disorders, with young people stopping eating for the sake of a better world. With not much material to discuss, the film ends up going in circles and dangerously falling into emptiness. However, Hausner still manages to find some space to reflect on where the world is heading and, above all, where this dangerous herd behavior is taking us — something that, ultimately, the film itself ends up embracing by adhering to trends reminiscent of Wes Anderson's style and Greek cinema aesthetics.

Between guitar solos and signal interference, we follow the adventures and misadventures of Luiz who, on top of that, falls in love with a married announcer.
