The Night Eats the World

Alone in a zombie-infested Paris, Sam must survive in silence and solitude.

Why watch this film?

This is the French touch for a famous subgenre of horror: zombie films - and it succeeds in proposing new nuances to the theme, including creating a frightening atmosphere without necessarily resorting to beaten tricks. The highlight here is not the monsters that terrorise the world, but rather the loneliness of the protagonist. As master George A. Romero taught us back in the 1960s, zombies can serve as a great metaphor for many topics.
