In 1974, while on the way home from a gig, the apolitical rock group, The Miami Showband, fell into the crosshairs of a Protestant unionist paramilitary group that planted explosives on their bus when it was stopped at a fake checkpoint.
"The fifth episode of the 'ReMastered' documentary series about the history of music focuses on the popular band The Miami Showband from the 1960s and 1970s. The episode follows the tragedy that befell the group, related to the deep political crisis in Northern Ireland at the time, with factions supporting and opposing separation from the United Kingdom.
