FAT: A Documentary

Health expert exposes myths and lies about healthy eating and weight loss.

Why watch this film?

If there is a field where misinformation and half-truths prevail, it is in nutrition. 'FAT: A documentary' is a necessary movie, since it argues against several myths about what is considered healthy and in favor of several demonized nutrients. An advantage of this documentary is its agile editing, which keeps the viewer attentive while providing a lot of concise but well-dosed information, easy to assimilate. If there is any point where it falters a bit, it is in the (somewhat paranoid) conviction that it conveys of a master conspiracy where people are "poisoned" gradually for economic purposes, with the participation of the government and the food and pharmaceutical industries.
