Guadalupe Reyes

Two friends reunite for the Guadalupe Reyes and test their friendship through wild adventures.

Why watch this film?

It's unbelievable that, given how famous the Mexican fiesta marathon is between December 12th (the Day of the Virgin of Guadalupe) and January 6th (Three Kings Day), there hasn't been a movie completely dedicated to it, let alone one taking its name. 'Guadalupe Reyes' takes this period as a pretext to tell a series of ridiculous adventures between two men looking to reconcile with each other and the inevitable fact of growing up, through a spree of drunkenness and excesses in the style of 'The Hangover'. The movie is pure and simple escapism, whose most enjoyable element is the fun chemistry between its mismatched protagonists pair, Martín Altomaro ('Soy tu fan') and Juan Pablo Medina ('La casa de las flores').
