Why watch this film?
Netflix exclusive French thriller 'Balle perdue' presents a traditional story about corrupt police officers. On one side, a mechanic who has become a key piece in a task force operation. On the other, his mentor. And in between them, an apparently unsolvable crime motivated by revenge. There are no great twists or impactful moments under Guillaume Pierret's command, who makes his feature film debut directing and writing the feature film. However, with intense performances from Alban Lenoir ('Busca Implacável') and Nicolas Duvauchelle (from the good 'Polissia'), the film ends up gaining some layers and becoming a competent action production and a good entertainment for those looking for a thriller in the Netflix catalog to have fun and pass the time.
