It's an uncomfortable film, largely due to the dozens of embarrassing situations, reminiscent of the farce 'Sliding Doors' or even the aforementioned 'Anchorman'. However, it is worth noting that the film also has interesting moments from the competition itself, which should appeal to an audience more attuned to musicals and with emotions on their sleeves."
