One hint, 6 chances, and a new movie to guess every day
The Earth has stopped rotating because of a change in the planet's core temperature. To restore the normal temperature, astronauts must travel to the center and detonate a nuclear bomb before the core superheats and destroys all life on the surface.

"Between the late 1990s and early 2000s, the so-called "disaster movie" gained renewed strength. Movies like 'Twister', 'Independence Day', 'Deep Impact' and, of course, 'The Core' are some examples. Although it does not have the same flavor and box office impact as the other productions mentioned here, this feature film by Jon Amiel (of 'Copycat' and 'Trap') is about a group of scientists who need to slow down the deterioration of magnetism on Earth (yes!). To do this, they decide to make an unusual mission to go to the Earth's core (yes, again!). Although it is absurd and requires total disbelief from the viewer, 'The Core: Mission to the Center of the Earth' is one of those popcorn entertainment, where fun is more than guaranteed. All, still, with the canastrona performance of Aaron Eckhart and Hilary Swank. Sure fun."
