Why watch the movie Y2K?
"Y2K is a horror comedy starring young stars like Rachel Zegler, Jaden Martell, and Julian Dennison, which will particularly resonate with those who were young at the turn of the millennium. The story follows a group of high schoolers who decide to throw a party to ring in the year 1999, during the height of anxiety over a potential Y2K apocalypse... and that's exactly what happens to them. The film shifts erratically in tone, jumping from comedy to slasher at moments. However, it remains enjoyable thanks to the performances of the main cast and its premise, which members of Generation X and Millennials will remember fondly."
