Why watch the movie Almost Family?
"Almost Family (Family, Pero no Mucho) is another Brazilian comedy starring Leandro Hassum that relies on lighthearted humor and family turmoil to win over audiences. It all begins when Otávio, a jealous and impulsive father, discovers his daughter is engaged to an Argentinian man—and that the future family wants to bring everyone together on a trip to Bariloche. From there, what was supposed to be a friendly get-together turns into a hilarious culture war, with plenty of snowy mishaps, wine-fueled fights, and a father trying to regain his daughter's trust. A fun and heartfelt comedy, ideal for family viewing."
