Why watch the movie This Is Paris?
"Paris Hilton was part of many people's adolescence - and although her image seemed like a character, this documentary is surprising for those old fans. Paris created a persona and conquered the world, although it is a bit shocking to discover that she not only changed her voice, but her entire personality. The generation of selfies and influencers only exists because of her and, in the movie, Paris questions whether she really created something positive. It's even disturbing to see how someone's personality can be shaped by the person who created it and some moments are lost. The businesswoman herself says she has some moments when she does not recognize herself. 'This is Paris' works as a study to understand the power of the media and how it affects our lives. Although we have an idea of this, in the 2000s this vision was not so broad and the documentary manages to show this side."
