After all, the case happened almost 30 years ago and continues to repeat itself with black people dying in the United States and the guilty going unpunished. 2020 was marked by protests in favor of black lives and yet deaths continue to occur. Latasha Harlins may not have been killed by police, but the motive was prejudice, the documentary is still a cry for justice for Harlins, Breonna Taylor, George Floyd, Trayvon Martin, Agatha Félix, João Pedro Mattos and many others (because the number is so large that it would be impossible to list them all) who lost their lives in recent years and not only in the United States."
