Why watch the movie The 40-Year-Old Version?
"This exclusive Netflix film couldn't be more intimate and personal. After all, 'The Forty-Year-Old Version' tells the story of Radha Blank, an unlucky playwright in New York who decides to take a chance on rap. Directed, written, and starring Radha herself, the feature takes an interesting and stylish dive into the life of this woman trying her luck. Even though it ends up speaking about some very particular themes and emotions, there is a good chance that the audience will see and understand themselves in the figure of this opportunity-lacking playwright trying her luck. After all, we are all human. And so, we understand each other."
