Why watch the movie Secrets of the Saqqara Tomb?
"Saqqara is an archaeological site in Egypt, which served as the necropolis of the ancient city of Memphis, one of the many capitals that Ancient Egypt experienced throughout its history. A place full of life and death, stories and silences. From this, the documentary 'Secrets of the Saqqara Tomb' follows the interesting and somewhat intimate journey of Egyptian archaeologists who try to decipher the history of a tomb unearthed and untouched for over 4 thousand years. A fascinating narrative, full of good images under the baton of director James Tovell and which should leave fans of Ancient History open-mouthed."
