Why watch the movie Tel Aviv On Fire?
"Unexpected and funny, 'Tel Aviv on Fire' is a co-production between European countries and Israel. With a sure and spirited direction by Sameh Zoabi, the feature follows the journey of a soap opera writer in Tel Aviv who starts to get into trouble with the wrong people as the plot progresses. The comedy of errors created by the filmmaker causes sincere laughter, while the cast acts naturally in the face of the absurdities committed throughout the narrative. A surprising and entertaining movie, which should please those already accustomed to European comedies, always with an intelligent subtext and some good insights about our customs and daily life. To watch and have fun."
