Why watch the movie Overseas?
"According to Sung-a Yoon's documentary career, after the successful 'Full of Missing Links', the feature film 'Overseas' is one of those urgent, uncomfortable, provocative ones. After all, the filmmaker delves into stories of domestic slavery in this highly globalized world we live in. Through good accounts and disconcerting archive images, we find a provocative clash of universes that still needs more attention, understanding and reflection. To watch, move and, above all, think."
