High school seniors Mara and Dylan struggle to survive in a world where students begin exploding
Trailer
Why watch the movie Spontaneous?
"Based on Aaron Starmer's homonymous book, 'Spontaneous' is a comedy filled with acid humor. The movie tells the story of a group of students who start exploding without explanation. And this, curiously, only happens among the students of a certain school and who are in a specific class. The dialogues and situations are as comical as the violence, starring protagonists Katherine Langford ('Knives Out', '13 Reasons Why') and Charlie Plummer ('Who Are You, Alaska?'), 'Spontaneous' is a minimally curious and surprising production."
