After all, the feeling is that everything in this movie by director Sharon Maguire ('Fairy Godmother') has been seen before: the protagonist without success in love, the heartthrobs that appear and the climate of "stay calm, everything will be fine in the end". However, that's it: maybe because people are looking for these "comfort movies", 'Bridget Jones's Diary' is so beloved by so many and for so long. The light plot, although spicy at times, helps to set the tone and make men and women dream of a similar life."
