"When we think of children's productions, we usually associate it with what is made in the United States -- Disney, Pixar, Dreamworks and the like. However, some countries in Europe have good examples of family cinema, those that can be enjoyed by both young and old. And a good example is the friendly feature film 'De Expeditie van Familie Vos', a production directly from the Netherlands. In the story, we follow the journey of an 11-year-old boy trying to find a magical book in an amusement park left there by his grandfather. With an atmosphere similar to 'The Secret Garden', for example, 'De Expeditie van Familie Vos' manages to entertain and move in equal measures with a sensitive and beautiful story."
