Throughout the movie, following detailed statements about how their lives were transformed with this revelation, various points are made. Sperm donation is something "common", especially in the United States, but here it takes on many personal layers. The said doctor clearly knew what he was doing and did it several times, the motivation behind it is unknown. This is the greatest breach of trust that one can pass when trusting a gynecologist/obstetrician. It is a great documentary, as anguishing as this story may be."
