An aspiring artist and high school student who is forced, against her will, to join her high school track team. However, the situation isn't entirely bad, as it gives her an opportunity to pursue a girl that she has had a long-term crush on. However, things get even more complicated when she finds that she is falling for another teammate entirely. Soon she will see what real love feels like.
"A funny, lighthearted, and sincere romantic comedy about coming of age. In 'Crush' we follow Paige (Rowan Blanchard, from 'A Wrinkle in Time'), a queer teen aspiring artist, who is forced to join the track team and sees the opportunity as a chance to get closer to the girl she likes. However, she ends up also falling for another teammate, leading to love triangles and plenty of funny situations. It must be said that the movie doesn't revolutionize the genre of teen romantic comedies, but being a production thought for the LGBTQIAP+ audience, it's a pleasant, inclusive, and very welcome proposal."
