Why watch the movie In Broad Daylight: The Narvarte Case?
"In 2015, five people were murdered in the Narvarte neighborhood of Mexico City during the day. The case obviously attracted media attention and became widely discussed in the country. In the documentary 'A Plena Luz: El caso Narvarte', director Alberto Saúl Arnaut Estrada ('Hasta Los Dientes') investigates the story, showing strong evidence of corruption present in the murder investigation. A powerful, sad and intense film that, in the best "true crime" style, shows the worst of human nature."
