What could sound like the start of a joke is the premise of 'They Cloned Tyrone', a mystery thriller with elements of comedy and commentary on the contemporary political, social, and racial climate of the United States in a spirit similar to the brilliant "Sorry To Bother You". It doesn't always reach those heights and the script is uneven, but the fabulous chemistry between John Boyega (Star Wars: The Force Awakens), Jamie Foxx (Django Unchained), and Teyonah Parris (If Beale Street Could Talk) make this an extremely entertaining ride."
