Garfield reunites with his long-lost father Vic for a high-stakes heist.
Trailer
Why watch the movie The Garfield Movie?
"The Garfield Movie breaks away from the typical tales of the cat created by Jim Davis. Forced out of his comfort zone, he reunites with long-lost father Vic and must help him pay off a massive debt. Charming, reminiscent of recent children's productions like Despicable Me, Trolls, and Sing, mainly in its innocence and desire to impart moral lessons without timing. Nevertheless, the film ensures family fun, especially when director Mark Dindal (The Emperor's New Groove) returns to the comic strip's origins, poking fun at Garfield's excessive sedentarism."
