In her first birth, Zaevo came close to death, lost the baby and her husband disappeared. She is now 16 years old and suffers from an injury that separates her from society. When the Spanish and Latin American doctors arrive there is a possibility to be cured. With an emotional look and unprecedented access to the heart of a modest operating room in the south of Madagascar, this story shows how, with few resources, the destiny of more than two and a half million women rejected by society can be changed.
