Why watch the movie Mountain Queen: The Summits of Lhakpa Sherpa?
"Mountain Queen: The Summits of Lhakpa Sherpa is a Netflix original documentary that makes us question many things: who are we? What are our facets? How does this shape us as people? And, most importantly, who are the people around us? All of this stems from the impactful story of a single mother who works as a dishwasher and has another life as a record-breaking mountaineer. Well directed by the award-winning Lucy Walker (of Waste Land), the feature film provides a broad dimension of this woman's life and, above all, amplifies the doubts about the achievements of the people around us—even when we least expect it."
