Terrifier 3

"Terrifier 3 is a step forward for the popular horror saga of Art the Clown. Distinguished by its extreme but gratuitous violence, amidst superficial plots and very poor acting, this third installment is an improvement in almost every sense. The story is set five years after the second installment, with the protagonist, Sienna Shaw (Lauren LaVera), being discharged from her recovery in a psychiatric hospital. However, Art the Clown has also returned from the dead and is now determined to unleash carnage during Christmas. Terrifier 3 attempts to expand and deepen the mythology of the saga, and director Damien Leone shows more interesting iconoclastic aspirations. Not everything he plants ends up germinating, but the increase in the production budget is evident in the direction, performances, cinematography, and, of course, in the special effects that showcase a feast of brutality and grotesquerie. When it comes to killer clown movies, this is one of the best... and most repulsive."
