Adam's older brother was killed in a car crash a year ago. His family has not been the same since. But everything changes the day he meets Abulele. The Abulele are ancient monsters, bear-sized. Local legends tell that they are extremely dangerous, but in fact, they turn out to be quite friendly and playful creatures. Abulele quickly becomes Adam's best and most secret friend.
"The movie brings a version of the boogeyman under the Israeli optic. 'Abulele' has humor, mystery, and a story suitable for the whole family. The production has good visual effects, an excellent soundtrack, and a good plot - but it may sound a bit silly, since it's very childish. There was a lack of intelligence in the script to catch both children and adults."
