If you're curious about how concepts of karma and reincarnation are understood in India, one thing is certain: they're not like what you'll see in this film. 'Who Has Karma Never Reaches' is funny, brings an unusual idea, but it's not one of the country's best productions. The screenplay is quite absurd - if the creators thought of it or not, you can't know but the viewer gets slightly lost in several scenes."
